Dave and Marie were an excellent choice for selling our home in The Hideout. The price they suggested was very much on point for the market. Dave's listing pictures and video were superb, and they captured the true beauty of our home both indoors and outdoors. Our house had 3 offers and a bidding war within 2 days. Dave, Marie and their staff were always available for us. They have great energy, enthusiasm and professionalism. I very highly recommend them.

Dave and Marie sold our house in 7 days. He worked with us to set a fair market sale price for our home. Once set, his team showed our home to qualified and interested buyers. Dave also took extra care in highlighting the home’s features by taking his own pictures. He was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend this wonderful team.

Yvonne was/is so great to work with as she loves her job and you can feel that, plus she knows this area and so can help with questions after you buy the house. More than that, I believe she really cares about her clients and their successful transition to a new home and new life. Cannot recommend Yvonne strongly enough.

Our house was for sale for 6 months with another realtor and did not sell and had many issues with that realtor (for example the key box was broken and realtors couldn’t get in to show the house and they couldn’t get it resolved month after month). Dave and his wife sold our house in 6 weeks after we signed with them. Dave is very handy and did a few weeks at the house for us since we had already moved away (replaced the batteries in the fire alarm, and started our propane fireplace for potential buyers). There isn’t enough space to write all that Dave and his wife provided that were above and beyond. He has the knowledge of a handyman and his communication was excellent. Together with his wife we had twice the support and communication needed.

Working with Claudia was such a pleasure. Besides being a true professional and an expert
